The women department also known as the Victorious women is a group of women who are out to promote gender equality, spiritual growth and the advancement of women in LIFCCOAN.

This group exists for spiritual growth and for women empowerment in LIFCCOAN. They are out for community building, support to women, children, less privileged, widows and orphans. They equally do outreach services to the people in needs, promote leadership development, and provide opportunities for women to develop their leadership skills. Victorious women equally addresses specific needs such as domestic violence, rape, reproductive health, human trafficking, child molestation, etc.

This department is open for people from the following age groups

Young women 13 years – 30 years

Adult’s women 30 years – 40 yeras

Senior women 40 years – 55 years

Role of the victorious women in LIFCCOAN

– They serve others through prayers, fasting, fellowship and volunteering.

– They are out to make others feel welcome and communicate how open and welcoming the ministry of LIFCCOAN is to them

– They influence the other groups in church through conversations, encouragement and prayers during difficult moments,

– They are able and capable of spreading the word of God and bring others to church

– They help raise money for the growth of the women department and the ministry

– Victorious women help mentor younger members of the church and provide education tailored to women experience

– They also teach women, children and support biblical preaching and teaching by knowing the word
