The objective of the youth department is to help young people develop a relationship with Jesus Christ, grow in their faith and become active LIFCCOAN community

The functions of the youth department include:

– Help the young people develop a strong moral and ethical foundation, learn how to make informed faith based decisions

– Encourage young people to actively participate in church community activities service projects and leadership opportunities

– Provide spiritual guidance and religious education

– Maintain positive relationship with members and their families

– Nurture a generation of committed and spiritual guided individuals who will become future teachers within the church

 The qualities of an effective youth in LIFCCOAN include:

– Intimate bible knowledge

– Organizational skill

– Creativity and flexibility
